After much conultation and debate, the following suggetsed plans have been drawn up for Phase 1 of the construction although these are subject to change as the final internal layout is still being discussed:

The Ground Floor will include the main entrance, the Childrens' Centre, training/community room, offices, and multi-purpose hall with attached kitchen.

It will also include the external play area.

There will be a separate entance to the flats at the bottom end of the site.

The First Floor will include the youth club area, the media centre, edit suite, recording studio and projection/PA room.

It will also include 2 single bed flats.

The second floor will include 8 single bed flats and a common room.
